This criminal application was filed seeking quashing of chargesheet bearing No.1324 of 2023. 3.

In view of Clause (h) of Rule 2(II) of Chapter-I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 remedy to the petitioner lies before the learned single Judge by filing an appropriate application/petition challenging the order taking cognizance of the offence.

In view thereof, Criminal Application No.1013 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file an appropriate application/petition challenging the order taking cognizance of the offence.
