Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

The Applicant is aggrieved by the order dated 20 July 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, whereby the application preferred by the applicant to accept cash security in lieu of surety came to be rejected with a direction that, the cash security of Rs.25,000/- be forfeited and the learned Magistrate may take appropriate steps against the Applicant.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the Applicant is now ready to furnish surety.

Having regard to the fact that, the Applicant is a woman and the Applicant is willing to furnish surety, the execution of the NBW stands stayed SSP 1/2

6.

In the meanwhile, the Applicant shall furnish surety to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate.

7.

The Criminal Application stands disposed.
