By this application, the applicant seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide CR No.147 of 2025 with the Lonavala Police 1/2

36.Crim.Application-1032-2025.doc Station, Pune for alleged offences punishable under Sections - 318(4), 61(2), 336(2), 338 and 340 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Mrs. Shinde, learned Addl.P.P. on instructions has tendered a report dated 10th December 2025 addressed to her by the PI attached to the Lonavala Rural Police Station. The said report is taken on record.

From the said report, it appears that the police do not intend to file chargesheet as against the applicant, since his complicity is not seen in the offence.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the application.

Application is disposed of.
