Mrs. G. P. Mulekar, the Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned and the case is awaited for appearance of the accused persons.

In that view of the matter, giving a liberty to the applicants to file an appropriate application/petition challenging the order taking cognizance, this application stands disposed of. However, we may indicate that disposal of this application shall not be inferred that this Court has expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
