The applicants have made the following prayers:- "a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the instant Application;

b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set-aside the impugned C.R No.211 OF 2025 registered by Respondent No.1 under Section 50 & 61(1) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 read with section 3 (iv), (viii), (xvi), 5, & 7 of The Maharashtra Protection of People from Social Boycott (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2016 against the Applicant as the behest of Respondent No.2;

c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 to stay the investigation in C.R No.211 of 2025.

d) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent No.1 not to arrest the Applicants in C.R No.211 of 2025;

e) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant stay to filing of Chargesheet by the Respondent No.1 in C.R No.211 of 2025; f) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the concerned JMFC not to frame charges in case Chargesheet is filed by the Respondent No.1 in C.R No.211 of 2025;

g) Ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c), (d), (e) & (f) above;"

Mr. Brijesh Shukla, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to approach the learned single Judge of this Court. 3.

In view thereof, Criminal Application No.1070 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicants.
