Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this application is to an order dated 14 August 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, whereby the learned Sessions Judge extended the period of investigation by 180 days. 3.

When the Court inquired with the learned Counsel for the Applicant as to why the applicant has now filed this application, assailing the order dated 14 August 2024, learned Counsel for the Applicant informed the Court that, earlier the application i.e. APL No.673 of 2025, which was filed assailing the very same order, was withdrawn.

Perusal of the order dated 30 July 2025 passed by this Court in APL No.673 of 2025 reveals that, the said application was withdrawn without reserving any liberty to file a afresh application. Having withdrawn the first application without leave to file a fresh application, the applicant cannot again SSP 1/2
