Mr. Aabad Ponda, the learned senior counsel for the applicant refers to an order dated 17th September 2025 passed in Criminal Application No. 954 of 2025 which was filed by Anheuser Busch InBev India Ltd. and the co-accused Kartikeya Sharma. The learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant joined the accused-Company on 1st August 2022 by virtue of the Employment Offer vide Annexure "B" at page no. 77.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2 to be served through the Investigating Officer of the Economic Offence Wing, Thane within two weeks.

In the meantime, the prayer at Clause (b) is granted to the applicant.
