The challenge in this Petition is to an order 25 September 2025, whereby the learned Special Judge declined to prepone the matter and hear the application preferred by the Applicant to modify the conditions imposed by an order dated 18 July 2025.

Time to deposit the first installment in terms of the order dated 18 July 2025 expires on 18 October 2025.

Learned Special Judge is requested to hear the application for modification of the condition to deposit the amount, on or before 18 October 2025.
