On 17th January, 2026 this matter was adjourned so as to afford an opportunity to the Applicants as well as Respondent No. 2 to explore amicable resolution of their dispute. 2.

Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Applicants and Ms. Aarti Pandey, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 submit that though they tried to explore the Talwalkar

503.APL1169.2025.doc possibility of settlement, the settlement has failed. They both jointly submit that there is no scope for settlement. 3.

Ms. Kalyani Mangave, learned Advocate for the Applicants states that the proceedings before the learned Trial Court are fixed on 23rd January, 2026 for framing charge. 4.

At the joint request of Ms. Kalyanbi Mangave and Ms. Aarti Pandey, list this matter on 2nd February, 2026. 5.

In the mean time, the learned Trial Court is requested to defer hearing of arguments on framing charge/framing of charge post 3rd February, 2026.

Ms. Aarti Pandey, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 submits that there are bailable warrants issued against the parties for their non-appearance. Proceedings with regards to the appearance of the parties can proceed in terms of law. (ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J.) Talwalkar
