By this application, the applicants seek the following reliefs: "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for relevant record and proceeding pertaining to impugned proceedings and after going through the legality, validity and propriety of the same, quash and set aside F.I.R. bearing C.R. No.244/2024 registered on 06.03.2024 with Kondhwa Police Station, Pune City under sections 498A, 34, 323, 504, 506 and 499 of IPC as well as the Charge Sheet dt. 14.10.2024.

(b) This Hon'ble Court further be pleased to quash and set aside proceedings bearing RCC No.269/2025 before JMFC Cantonment, Pune for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 499 and 34 of IPC.

(c) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the Criminal Application, stay the further proceedings bearing RCC No.269/2025 before JMFC Cantonment, Pune for the offence punishable under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 499 and 34 of IPC.

(d) Interim and ad-interim relief be passed in terms of prayer clause (c) above be granted in the interest of justice. (e) Such other and further relief as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be kindly granted."

Mr. D.V. Sutar, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Application with liberty to file fresh proceeding.
