The applicants have filed this criminal application for quashing of First Information Report No.362 of 2024 lodged on 13th August 2024 with Dongri Police Station, Mumbai. This is stated at the Bar that cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned.

Since cognizance of the offence has been taken by the Court concerned, this writ petition shall not lie in view of the Rule 2 (II) (h) under Chapter-I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

Therefore, reserving a liberty with the applicants to challenge the order taking cognizance, Criminal Application No.1253 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
