1) At the outset, learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to amend. Leave granted. Leave to amend is granted not only to implead the complainant as party Respondent No.2, but also to amend the prayer clause. Amendment to be carried out forthwith during the course of the day.

2) Having heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants, issue notice to the Respondents, including the newly added Respondent No.2, returnable on 23rd December, 2025. Mrs. P.P. Shinde, learned Addl. P.P. RvC 1/2

10. APL 1255-2025.doc waives notice on behalf of the Respondent No.1-State. She seeks time to take instructions.

3) Spare copy be supplied in the Registry within 10 days from today to enable the Registry to issue notice to the newly added Respondent No.2. Humdast permitted.

4) In addition to the Court notice, learned Counsel for the Applicants to serve the Respondent No.2 by a private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

5) Prayer for interim relief will be considered, after the Respondent No.2 is served.

6) Stand over to 23rd December 2025.
