17-APL-1259-2025.doc API - Mr. Sangle attached to Crime Branch, Unit I, Mumbai, states that the goods which were seized, will be transferred to the respondent's godown, during the course of this week, to enable the applicant to operate his godown. Statement accepted. 3.

Mr. Konde Deshmukh, further seeks time to address this Court, whether Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 is applicable to the facts of this case and to produce the order promulgated, if any.

Stand over to 2nd December, 2025.

In the meantime, till the next date, investigation to continue, however, chargesheet not to be filed without the leave of this Court.
