The applicants pray for the following relief: - "B) The First Information Report bearing Crime No. 0275/2024 dated 28.11.2024 registered with Police Station, Lashkar, Pune for the offence punishable under Sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita alongwith the Chargesheet bearing No. 43/2025 dated 03.05.2025 filed in Regular Criminal Case No. 592/2025 pending before the Ld. JMFC, Cantonment, Pune kindly be quashed and set aside."

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on 21st May 2025 the matter was posted for framing of charge before the concerned Court.

In view thereof and considering Rule 2 (II) (h) under Chapter I of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the criminal application with liberty to file fresh petition/application, if so advised.

Criminal Application No. 1262 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
