Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant.

A limited prayer in the application is to direct an expeditious disposal of the application for discharge preferred by the Applicant in CC No.367/W/2020. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the discharge application is awaiting adjudication for over two years. Attention of the Court is invited to the copy of the roznama of the proceedings before the learned Magistrate.

It appears that, the applicant has filed Discharge Application on 16 May 2023. Without delving into the correctness of the allegations in the Application, since the Discharge Application has been filed on 16 May 2023, learned Magistrate is requested to hear and decide the Discharge Application as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of three months SSP 1/2
