Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Applicant - original complainant has preferred this application seeking directions for expeditious hearing of complaint CC No.146/SS/2021 for an offence punishable under Section 138 read with Section 141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The complainant has filed the said complaint in the year 2021. By separate orders, this Court has decided Criminal Writ Petitions filed by the accused.

Thus, having regard to the mandate of the provisions contained in Section 143 of the Act, 1881, learned Magistrate seized with Complaint No.146/SS/2021 is requested to hear and decide the said complaint, in SSP 1/2
