Having heard learned Senior Counsel for the applicants, learned Addl.P.P for the State and Ms. Gunjan Mangla for the respondent No.3, we direct the applicants to appear before the concerned I.O i.e. PSI - Mr. Sudarshan Bodakhe attached to Local Crime Branch, Nashik Rural, on 29th and 30th December, 2025 at 11.00 a.m. regarding the aforesaid C.R.

No coercive steps to be taken qua the applicants, who are both aged 82 and 74 years respectively, till the next date. 5.

We are informed by the learned Addl.P.P that LOC has not been issued against the applicants. Statement accepted. 6.

The applicants shall not leave the country, till the next date.
