Mr. Saluja, the learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Applicant has been taken in custody on 24th July 2025 to undergo ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.02.17 10:08:06 +0530 sentence of six months imprisonment in default of payment of compensation, in each of the complaints. The Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 2,30,000/- in Criminal Application No. 1412 of 2025 ARS 1/2

41-APL-1412-2025.DOC and an amount of Rs.84,000/- in Application No. 1406 of 2025 and, therefore, the Applicant deserves remission in sentence. 4.

None appeared for Respondent No.1.
