This Application was circulated by Mr. Arvind Tiwari, learned Advocate for the Applicants on the grounds mentioned in the Praecipe dated 29th January, 2026. Urgency was expressed in the matter by Mr. Arvind Tiwari on the ground that the parties are residents of Bihar. In view of the request made by Mr. Arvind Tiwari, circulation was granted and the matter was taken up on production board at 3:00 p.m. 2.

At 3:00 p.m. Mr. Arvind Tiwari submits that the Applicant No. 1 (Raushan Kumar Ganesh Das) is present in Court. At his request, permission was granted for the Applicant Nos. 2 to 7 to appear on VC and the matter was kept back.

This matter was taken up at 6:12 p.m. Mr. Arvind Tiwari states that one of the Applicant (Applicant No. 4 Mrs. Sharmila Devi) is unable to join on the VC.

Considering the difficulties expressed by Mr. Arvind Tiwari, this Court is unable to take up the matter.

As an indulgence to the request made by Mr. Arvind Tiwari, list this matter on 17th February, 2026.

Mr. Arvind Tiwari assures the Court that all the Applicants would be present either physically or through VC mode and he will identify the Applicants if they appear on VC by tendering true copies of their IDs. 7.

Mr. Amar Tiwari, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 states that Respondent No. 2 (Vijeta Raushan Kumar) is present in Court today and shall remain present on 17th February, 2026. 8.

At the joint request of the parties, list the matter on 17th February, 2026.
