Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant assails an order of issuance of non-bailable warrant against the applicant as the applicant had not appeared before the learned Special Judge on 9th October, 2025. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will appear before the learned Special Judge on the SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI next scheduled date of hearing in Special Case No. 359 of 2025. SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2026.01.17 18:51:47 +0530 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Court considers it appropriate to provide an opportunity to the applicant to appear before the learned Special Judge and file an application for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant.

Let the applicant appear before the learned Special Judge on 28th January, 2026 and file an application for cancellation of the non-bailable warrant.

In the meanwhile, to facilitate the applicant to appear before the learned Special Judge, the execution and operation of the non-bailable warrant shall remain stayed till 28th January, 2026.

It is hereby made clear that, if the applicant does not appear before the learned Special Judge on 28th January, 2026, the protection granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically.

The application stands disposed.
