He state that upon the filing of the 'C' Summary Report, the Applicant has his remedies in terms of law. He therefore, on instructions from the Applicant, craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as available in terms of law in the context of the 'C' Summary Report. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar does not object to the request made by Mr. Shekhar Bhise.
