An affidavit sworn by Mr. Yar Mohammed Tasibullah Mansuri, the applicant no.1, on 17th December 2025 is taken on record. The learned counsel for the applicants states that to show his bona fide and good intentions that the applicant no.1 has true love and affection for his grand-children, he has filed this affidavit undertaking that he shall pay Rs.10,000/- per month for the maintenance and bringing up of his grand-children. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2, to be served through the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

Post this matter on 12th February 2026.

In the meantime, further proceedings in connection to First Information Report No.644 of 2025 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Mumbai shall remain stayed.
