Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Applicant and Respondent No.1 have settled the matter. That Respondent No.1 has already received an amount of Rs.7,82,538 by making an Application to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (62nd Court), Dadar, Bhoiwada, Mumbai. That pursuant to the settlement, the Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- to Respondent No.1 and the balance amount of Rs.8,00,000/- remains to be paid.
