By the present Application, the Applicant has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (i):- This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR bearing C.R. No.
0238/2025 dated 23.05.2025 registered
with the Wakad Police Station, Pune for offences punishable u/s 64(1), 75(2) BNSS and further proceeding in Sessions Case No.
RCC 4118/2025 pending before Ld.
Additional Sessions Judge, Pune along with the order of cognizance dated 23/07/2025 passed by the Ld. Magistrate, Pune;

After having heard the matter for some time, Ms. Surbhi Agrawal sought a passover. At her request, the matter was taken up post lunch. She, on instructions from the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the Respondent - State does not object to the said request made by Ms. Surbhi Agrawal. 5.
In view of the no objection, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty as prayed.

If an Application seeking discharge is filed before the learned Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Criminal Application No. 1532 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
