Mr. Sarthak Shetty, learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that during the pendency of this Application, the prosecution has filed charge-sheet in Crime No. 0904 of 2024 before the Court of 67th Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Borivali, Mumbai. He therefore, craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file fresh composite Petition/Application seeking to challenge the impugned FIR as Talwalkar
