By the present Application, the applicants are seeking following substantive relief :

"a) THAT this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to call for the prosecution dairy along with the Investigation Report of the First Information Report bearing No. Talwalkar

63.APL1592.2025.doc 0208/2023 registered on 09th day of September, 2023 from the office of the Respondent No.2 i.e. the M.R.A. Police Station, Mumbai;"

After having heard the matter for some time, Ms. Sakshi Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicants on instructions from the Applicants craves leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court. Request is not objected to by Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If any such application is filed before the Trial Court, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Application No. 1592 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
