P.C.:- 1) This Application has been filed seeking to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 3rd December 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, 6th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai below Exhibit 52 in C.C. No. 3193/SS/2005.

2) Mr. Jayesh Shah, the Applicant, who is appearing in person, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application. However, he submits that the said case has been pending for about 21 years and, therefore, the learned Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the same within a time-bound period. 3) In view thereof, the Criminal Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
