This Criminal Application was mentioned for listing on urgent basis on the ground that the parties have come to the conclusion to amicably settle their dispute and they want to resolve the matter.

Today Mr. Parth Sanghrajka, learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that though the Consent Terms are filed, however the compliance of terms would take another 15 days' time. He therefore requests that the matter be taken up after 20.01.2026.

Mr. Parth Sanghrajka, learned Advocate for the Applicants further submits that the Applicants, who are in India, would

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Parth Sanghrajka, learned Advocate for the Applicants. 5.

At the request of Mr. Parth Sanghrajka, learned Advocate for the Applicants permission is granted for the Applicants, who are presently residing in USA, to appear through Video Conferencing mode subject to learned Advocate for the Applicants identifying them with documents.
