He submits that, in the present Application charge-sheet is filed only against the Applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 and the charge-sheet is not filed against the Applicant No. 1 and Applicant No.5. He further submits that, the copy of the charge-sheet is already handed over to the Advocate of the Applicants.
