When this Court shows disinclination to grant any relief, learned Counsel for the application seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach before the trial Court by filing a fresh application for bail, if the trial is not concluded within six months.

Permission granted. The applicant is at liberty to file fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within nine months from today.
