After hearing the arguments for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief to the Applicant, Mr. Bukhari, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application.

By order dated 25th April 2025, this Court (Coram: Shivkumar Dige, J.) had permitted the Applicant to withdraw 09th January 2026

22-BA-7-2026.DOC his Bail Application with liberty to file fresh Bail Application after six months, if there is no progress in the trial. 3.

However, Ms. Gauri Rao, learned APP representing the State in the matter, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, states that charges have been framed on the last date and the evidence of the witnesses is likely to commence soon. 4.

In view of the aforesaid statement, permission to withdraw is granted with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 9 months from today, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Permission to withdraw is granted with the aforesaid liberty.

Disposed as withdrawn.
