By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with Crime No.90 of 2023 registered with Lanja Police Station District Ratnagiri for the offences punishable under Section 302, 376, 364, 365, 366, 201 of IPC. Said crime is registered as Sessions Case No.34 of 2023.

Mr. Shailesh Chavan, submits that the present Bail Application was filed, upon Bail Application at Exhibit-6 filed by the Applicant in Sessions case No.34 of 2023 was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on 30th April, 2024.

Mr. Shailesh Chavan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, submits that during the pendency of the present Bail Application before this Court, Applicant filed a Second Bail Application before the Court of Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri. Said Bail Application was granted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri. He Tenders copy of the order dated 27th December, 2024, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Ratnagiri on Exhibit-20 in Sessions Case No.34 of 2023, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Shailesh Chavan submits that the Applicant being released on bail, the present Application does not survive. He therefore craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application.

In view of the above and the statement made by Mr. Shailesh Chavan, Criminal Bail Application No.8 of 2025 is dismissed as infructuous.
