This is an application for bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 161 of 2024 registered at Wavi Police Station, Dist- Nasik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution, on the date of incident which took place on 11.04.2024, the present applicant and other co-accused assaulted the deceased and his family members by stick etc. on account of previous disputes. It is alleged that in the incident the deceased had sustained serious injuries and ultimately succumbed to the said Pramod Lakare

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent/State. 5.

The applicants were not armed with any weapons. The alleged assault on the deceased is not attributed to the present applicants. The applicants are in jail for ten months. Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. In the result, the following order is passed:

O R D E R

A] The Application is allowed.

B] The applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 161 of 2024 registered at Wavi Police Station, Dist- Nasik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 326, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
