This is an application for regular bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 778 of 2024 registered at Cyber Police Station, Pune City for the Offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 468, 471, 120(B) of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 66(D), 66(C) of Information Technology Act, 2000.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the investigation against the present applicant is on the verge of completion and therefore application be taken after few days. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant however submits that there is a marriage of the present applicant, Zeenat Pathan

910-BA-41-2025.doc which is scheduled to take place on 16th January 2025. It is submitted that the date of marriage was fixed prior to the arrest of the present applicant. In support of said submission, the learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record various documents. It is further submitted that the allegations against the applicant are of misappropriating certain amount. It is submitted that the applicant to show his bona fides without prejudice to his rights is ready to deposit Rs.one lakh. It is submitted that considering the facts and circumstances, applicant be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks.

List the present application for further consideration on 31st January, 2025.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on interim bail for the period of two weeks. The applicant shall be released on cash bail of Rs. 15,000/- for the period of two weeks.

The applicant shall surrender on 28th January 2025. 8.
