The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, the prosecution has filed the charge-sheet. In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant on instructions from the father of the applicant who is present in the Court seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court. 3.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

If such application is filed, the Trial Court shall endeavour to decide it within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of such application.
