Criminal Bail Application No.4140 of 2023 was decided by this Court as an alternate bench. Since bail application of one of the coaccused was decided by this Court, present bail application of coaccused was listed before this Court in view of the administrative circular.

In view of the order dated 7th February 2025 passed by Hon'ble Apex Court, it will not be appropriate to hear this bail application.

Registry is, therefore, directed to take appropriate steps.
