Heard Mr. Pasbola, learned Senior Advocate for Applicant; Mr. Shirsat, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 - Directorate of Enforcement appearing through Video Conferencing and Ms. Newton, learned APP for Respondent No.2 - State of Maharashtra. 2.

After the matter is called out Mr. Shirsat, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 - Directorate of Enforcement would persuade the Court that he may be permitted to file appropriate Affidavit-in-Reply to oppose the Bail Application. 3.

Considering the incarceration of Applicant of 2 years and 9 months and all other Accused are enlarged on bail, I am inclined to

905.BA.46.2025.doc take up this Application for hearing. However considering and adhering to the request made by Mr. Shirsat, Affidavit-in-Reply is permitted to be filed. Mr. Shirsat would submit that copy of Affidavitin-Reply shall be served on Advocate for Applicant on or before 28.02.2025.

It is clarified that if Affidavit-in-Reply is not filed, this Court shall not give any further time and take up matter for hearing which will be noted by the parties.
