After hearing the matter for sometime, when I was not inclined to grant relief, Ms. Yadav, learned counsel for the Applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. Permission is granted.

The Applicant is arrested on 30th August, 2024, and charges are framed on 30th October, 2025. Ms. Bajoria, learned APP, representing the State, on instructions, states that there are as many as only 8 to 9 witnesses. In that view of the 17th November 2025

In view of the aforesaid, Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
