The learned A.P.P. submits that, as per the last order dated 02/02/2026, the informant is already intimidated by the Police Agency, therefore, the matter is kept today, i.e., 09/02/2026. However, even today, none appears for Respondent No.2. In this view of the matter, Mr. Atharv Khadse, is appointed to represent the Non-applicant No.2/Victim.

The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur, to take note of it and supply necessary papers to the appointed counsel.
