After hearing the matter for some time, when this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court, in case, the trial is not concluded within nine months.

Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
