The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent No.1-State submits that the trial has already commenced and the prosecution has already examined the four witnesses. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant however submits that the applicant is in jail for five years. Considering the facts and circumstances instead of not entertaining the present application, it would be appropriate to adjourn it for two months to enable the applicant to renew the request for bail, if the trial is not concluded by that time. 3.
