The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present application, DNA report is received. However, when the application is filed before the Trial Court for bail, DNA report was not on record. Accordingly, he seeks withdrawal of the present application in view of the fact that the DNA Report is now received. In this view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Trial Court.

The present application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the DNA report.
