After hearing some time, when this Court shows disinclination to grant any relief, learned Counsel for the application seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application once the evidence material witnesses is over as the father of the applicant is suffering from serious ailments and no one else is in house to look-after him as the applicant and his brother are in jail in this Crime.

The application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
