Mr. Aniket Nikam, learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is seeking bail on the ground of parity, as the co-accused Rohit Lalan Singh having similar role/involvement as assigned to the Applicant in the present crime, is released on bail (order is at page nos. 263 to 266 of the paperbook). He submits that the Applicant is also seeking bail on the grounds of Applicant's long incarceration and denial of Applicant's right to speedy trial. He submits that the Applicant was arrested on 6th June 2020 and since then he is in jail. He submits that the Applicant is incarcerated almost for 5 years and 2 months. He Gitalaxmi
