In the present crime, Applicant is incarcerated in Mumbai Central Prison i.e. Arthur Road Jail. Chief Medical Officer of the prison hospital in Arthur Road Jail is directed by the Court to ascertain and confirm the fact that whether the Applicant is suffering from HIV as it is submitted by the learned Advocate for Applicant that he is HIV positive.
