One of the ground raised by the applicant is that grounds of arrest are not communicated with the present applicant. Now, this issue is pending before the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mihir Rajesh Shah Vs The State of Maharashtra in SLP (Cri.) No. 17132/2024. Therefore, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks further two weeks' time.
