Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that initially the application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on merits and again he has approached this Court by filing second bail application which came to be withdrawn. However, he has challenged both the orders before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. However, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has passed the following order : "The present Special Leave Petition being one against an order of withdrawal of the bail application filed before the High Court, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application before the High Court. The Special Leave Petition, is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of."

I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant on merits. When this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the present applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the application with

Permission granted.
