This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.408 of 2023 registered with Shil Diaghar Police Station, Thane for offence under Sections 376(2)(n), 328 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Issue notice to private Respondent No.2. Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 - the State of Maharashtra waives service on behalf of State of Maharashtra.
