Mr. Vagal, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after arguing the matter for some time and as the Court is not inclined to grant bail, seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application. However, he states that as the Applicant is incarcerated since 6th October 2023, the Applicant be granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months.
