Mr. T. G. Khan, learned APP for the State submits that the subject matter of the present crime pertains to a brutal murder. He submits that there is no urgency for this matter being taken out of turn when there are similar and other pending applications. He submits that Mr. Nitin Gaware Patil is unable to point out any ground of urgency to take precedence over the other pending matters.
